Default Nice to do: donate DVDs of kids' movies to Childrens Hospital and Sick Kids Hospital

If you have any DVD movies that will appeal to kids, such as The Wizard of Oz, consider taking them this holiday season to places like a Childrens Hospital or Sick Kids Hospital in your city.

You may not want the DVD version of something in your Blu combo, so giving them to a CH or a SKH is a nice thing to do. So many of these kids don't get to be home for Christmas, and they love getting these movies. Same with if you have any nice-conditioned Archie, Walt Disney, etc. comic books, as long as they are definitely young-kid friendly.

You can also claim these as a charitable tax deduction, if you like, by getting a receipt with an approximate value when you bring them in.
