Amazon Xmas shipping

Quick question for the amazon us gurus if I pre order a few titles that are released on 17th dec and paid the express global shipping woukd I be pretty right to get then before Xmas ?

You'd have to do priority but even then there's no guarantee. Remember they might get it to Australia quickly but then you're dependent on customs. As the US is behind us time-wise it wouldn't ship until the 18th. Likely wouldn't get to customs until the Friday at the earliest and wouldn't be released for delivery until the Monday. That leaves 1 day to get to you. Bit iffy mate.
