Narrowing Your List Down - Blu-ray Forum

My family wants me to give them a list of titles I want for my BDay/Christmas.
What I have been doing on here lately is adding a whole bunch of titles but I have over 500 titles in my wishlist. Anyone have a way to narrow down a huge wishlist.

My family tells me they'll get me Twilight and chicks flicks if I don't give her a list soon lol.

I need to narrow down a list of 500. Any tips?

Ummm.... take off all the movies you've seen already and feel like you won't watch more than once a year.

Pick the ones you want most!

If you want an exact number, think about how many movies they will realistically purchase for you!

If you want all 500 equally and can't narrow it down to a list of must haves, perhaps you should stick with Twilight and chick flicks for Christmas

Give them a list of the most expensive Blu-rays available. For example, box sets, limited edition, oop titles, etc.

go through your list and pick out your TOP 20. pick 20 movies from that list that would absolutely love to have more than any of the others on that list.

give that list to your mom, sister, dad.....whoever. tell them that those are the 20 titles you'd like more than any of the others. and tell them they don't have to get you every single one of them, just pick a few from that list and leave it at that.

try not to count on other people to boost your collection in such a large way. you should do that yourself and enjoy the time it takes to do so.
