Default Round Midnight (1986) Dexter Gordon!
I posted this as a 4K request, but this one hasn't even made it to standard Blu-ray so I'll take what I can get. We've got saxophonist Dexter Gordon in the lead, and all the jazz performances in the film are really live. This is a movie everyone seems to have forgotten, yet Gordon was nominated for an Academy Award, and the score won one. Martin Scorsese makes a cameo.



Siskel and Ebert loved it.
