Optimal viewing for Hobbit pt2 in theaters

Hi last year I made a thread asking about a setup package of features for the first hobbit movie. At the time I hated 3d and still hate regular real d 3d, however I wanted to see the movie in HFR 2D With Dolby Atmos audio. Last year I made that thread at Christmas time and it got hectic so I just ended up seeing it in regular 2D. Now I recently saw Gravity in IMAX 3D and was really shocked by how good the 3D looked compared to past experiences with regular realD 3D. I did some research and IMAX theaters use two projectors for clarity and brightness of 3D. I also liked the audio at the IMAX. Overall it was the best theater experience I have had.

Now to make preparations early for this year so I can see the movie in the best way I can within reasonable means of travel, I hope you guys can help me.

First off I live in the Scranton/Allentown area of PA. I saw gravity in the carmine 16 theater in Center Valley PA.

What I would like:

IMAX 2D or 3D
Dolby Atmos audio
HFR

What I don't want:

RealD 3D
Regular 2D presentation with no specialty audio.

Optimal presentation:
IMAX HFR 3D with Dolby Atmos

Now I hope you guys who know what is going on in these theaters could help me find a theater within 100-150 miles from me that will have some of what I want in the presentation.
