Vienna Blood

Could swear there was an existing thread for the drama series Vienna Blood. Was watching a programme this past weekend, and after it finished there was a trailer for a new, second series of Vienna Blood. Prior to this, I had seen a Blu-ray pre-order listing on Amazon UK for the second series recently.

The second series starts on BBC Two on Friday 10th December.

DVRed this and I’m watching “The Devil’s Kiss: Part 1” now… the production and sets looks very good!

Can't speak for outside the UK, but a third series of Vienna Blood is starting soon on BBC Two (it's mentioned at the back of the new issue of TV & Satellite Week magazine (it will be featured in the next issue, so it'll be starting on BBC Two sometime between Saturday 10th and Friday 16th December, subject to change).

Prior to this today, I had seen a Blu-ray pre-order listing on Amazon UK for the third series of Vienna Blood (along with a new series/season of Father Brown and The Sister Boniface Mysteries).

Hopefully another three episodes if we are lucky.

Season 2 had a poor start but episodes 2 and 3 were excellent, in line with season 1. Fingers crossed for season 3.

will air on BBC Two a week tomorrow (Wednesday 21st December) at 9 pm - 10.30 pm. As CrockettandTubbs said in their post, three episodes in total in the third series.

I can confirm that my Virgin recording list shows the third and final episode in this set being broadcast on Wednesday 28th December at the same time.
