Default Saw my first Blu-Ray Ad last night (UK)

Hiya,

I saw my first Blu-Ray advertisement last night on National Geographic HD via my Sky HD box. It was for a POTC film, no mention of DVD it was solely for the Blu-Ray version of the film and stressed that it was HD and PS3 compatible.

That's the way to go. Sky HD has been a great success apparently, so I would say that someone has got this right... advertise to those already with a HD setup. After all those already with a Sky HD system are more likely to look at buying into Blu-Ray. Since I got my HD setup, I haven't bought a single DVD... yesterdays technology!!!

Someone is on the ball

I've been seeing lots of them lately. Mostly on Discovery HD and Nat Geo HD, but also elsewhere including during NFL football yesterday.

Hehehehe... National Geographic rocks eh?
Good, I work there!

If I ever see any of the TV/channel guys, I'll let them know how pleased we are.
