Default Monitor 60 Series ll question.

I basically have a basic speaker question..

What do the three drivers do exactly? I know the are there to create sound but do all three perform the same duties and output the same sound? Or does each driver have a certain duty and output?TIA

Yes and no. My guess? Tweeter= high frequency. Top woofers= mid frequencies. Bottom woofer = low Frequency. There is a crossover inside that splits up the frequencies and sends it to each speaker. I don't think this speaker is a true 3 way. Probably 2.5 way.

The monitor 60s are a 2-way speaker using 3 mid-woofers. Compared to the monitor 50 the monitor 60 will play a little deeper with a little extra output.
