Cars in Canada? - Blu-ray Forum

Anyone find it? I could not find it a couple of best buy or future shop locations.

Also had problems finding Mr. Brooks and 2001 last week.

Did anyone in the GTA find these???

It's available at every Best buy and Future shop here... of course I'm on the opposite side of the country from you...

I just finished buying Cars in blu-ray at Future Shop, they did not have it out on the shelves yet as they had just received the shipment. Also I was %100 percent unable to find Mr. Brooks anywhere, it's not even in the system or on the websites at Futureshop and Bestbuy.

When i went this morning to best buy they had both. I got 10 dollars off too.

I picked it up from Wal-mart. The local Futureshop here didn't have it. At least the website wasn't listing it as in stock, so I didn't bother even stopping in to check. Just checked and it's now in stock. Oh well.

well i bought cars and ratatouille and i got 10 dollars off from the total of both. i bough them in etobicoke near sherdian mall.

Futureshop and Bestbuy never get the movies on the release day in the GTA. They usually get it the second week.

^ don't think so as I have bought movies from them in the past on release day.

Also, found Cars at a best buy 15 min from me.

Still no luck on Mr. Brooks or 2001 yet (both of those were released last week).

ya no cars for me either in edmonton at bb....i wanted it with ratatoiulle for the 10 off...but they said come back thursday!

Future Shop in Waterloo has about 50 copies of Ratatouille left (looks like they had about 80 to start). They also have about 15 copies of Cars (looks like they had about 30 to start). All sold out of Pixar Shorts on BD though

(3 DVD copies left).

Mnnnnnn, Mr Brook 's DVD is distributed by Alliance in Canada, therefore
the copyright of blu-ray also under alliance. In the USA, Mr brook's
copyright belongs to MGM, therefore they have no problem on blu-ray
or DVD. The conclusion is. Canada's distribution is SUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!

English TrueHD 5.1 16bits
French DD 5.1
Spanish DD 5.1

in the US

PCM 24bits 5.1
English DD 5.1

????

I saw that on the back at Downtown FS in montreal, my copy is coming from the US...

I went to BB tonight and they didn't have both Cars and Ratatoulle. Went to FS and they had both. But i bought mine at HMV and got $10 off.

I just watched a bit of cars, and the PQ and AQ are amazing. I highly recomment getting cars.

I've been to two Future Shops and one Best Buy in the east end (Future Shop in Scarborough West, and both stores in Leaside). All 3 stores had Cars, Ratatouille and the Pixar Short Films Collection Volume 1 in stock. I bought all three over the course of the day.

I haven't had any luck finding the Warner Kubrick stuff yet...

In Toronto, the FutureShop at Empess Walk (Yonge above Sheppard) has both Cars and Rat' in Blu. I was there tonight. HMV downtown didn't get Cars yet.

HMV told me the Kubrick stuff and Twilight Zone was delayed to the 20'th.
