Pixar sales - Blu-ray Forum

Does anyone have any idea how many Pixars sold last week? I'm not asking for guesses, if someone has any info from studios or such, please drop us a hint.

P.S. To break my own rule, my guess is about 200k total (120k Rat + 60k Cars + 10k each for Shorts and Robinsons).

Haven't seen any releases by Disney.

If there aren't any, I guess we just have to wait until Friday for the usual Nielsons

Nielsen usually doesn't release unit sales, just percentages. I assume there's going to be some announcement from the studio before then.

I have no idea where to even look but I know the numbers are going to be shocking!

I don't know, but I bet it will be a lot based on the amazon numbers.

You have to be a subscriber to get the unit sales.

They will post the numbers tomorrow for the subscribers, public release friday as always

I thought the "public release" is for percentages only, unless HMM also decides to run an article about unit sales for a particular disc (like when they disputed Para's TF 190k claim).

Nobody? Okay, let's try anecdotal evidence. Can anyone who works at retail let us know how many copies of Pixars you got, compared to SM3? And how many you sold in the first week?
