She's the One Blu-ray Review

I didn't see a thread...not a big surprise as this is a lesser known movie. I saw it awhile back on some Directv HD channel and it looked pretty good. I've always like this movie, and can't wait to see a release date.
Anyone got any good gossip about it?

I personally think it's a great fit. I had heard about release for this and Brothers McMullen but nothing definite.

Let's see I preordered this back on 3/19, and still no news. I sure hope it wasn't a false alarm!

Thank you so much for posting! While there is still no confirmation of a US release, the 10/2/12 date for Mexico has me excited for a US release.

You...just made my year!!! Man I hope this is true! I have this on preorder from Amazon since 3/19/2011, with Raising Arizona, when they both appeared on the site.

Went to my BB earlier tonight to see if(hopefully) they put it out early, which they did not. I did check the in-store kiosk and it showed 10 copies in stock. I'll be heading up there tomorrow, to grab a copy.

Yes the soundtrack is very good! Very good movie too! Soon after college, this was my "go to" chick flick movie if I needed a little assistance on a date...this movie worked like a charm.
I'm on my way to BB in a few mins to get it. Will try to post pics/info later on today.

Wow, even better than expected! Not only did BB have She's the One, but also the unofficial first movie: The Brothers McMullan. Both came with very nice slipcovers, that did annotate:

Wow, didn't know this earlier as I had not opened them up yet...but both movies have a 24 page "behind the scenes" booklet included. What great discs these are! I have to give Fox a lot of credit on these releases, they took 2 small movies and basically gave you a digibook inside a standard case(eco case, but still).
I'm totally impressed! I didn't think these movies would ever make it to blu, let alone get such nice treatment.

I'm watching it right now and the answer is yes.

I actually came to the forum on this movie to find out if it was still BB exclusive or not. I love the movie and it absolutely holds up, but I don't know if I like it for $20.

It's a bummer you didn't get this when BB didn't announce it as their exclusive, as it was $14.99...along with Brothers McMullan and 2 other FSS BD's.
Still I would've gladly plunked down $20 for this fine film. The FSS even sweetens the deal, IMO. I really hope Fox keeps these Signature Series BD's coming! I'll get them all!
