Default Criterion upgrade to blu poll of love

If this has been, pardon me, but lets have some fun with what we'd like upgrades for in the Criterion Collection that are DVD only so far

Voted for Magnificent Obsession since i love Rock Hudson films (but you hadn't included "All that Heaven Allows"! I would have voted that one)

2nd choice from these would be Summertime.

I voted for Le Samourai.

Flicker Alley released an outstanding Blu-ray transfer of The Most Dangerous Game, and I'm hard-pressed to imagine how anyone will ever be able to improve on the release.

My most desired upgrade would be Ozu's Floating Weeds, but of the ones listed I'd have to go with Le Samourai.

None of the above - The Spirit of the Beehive, please! Of those listed, I'll go with Le Samourai but Magnificent Obsession and Vampyr are hot on its heels.

There should have been "Other (specify)" option, since my most wanted upgrades are not on the list.

Noirs (Night and the City, Brute Force, etc.)
Sullivan's Travels
Ace in the Hole
I Vitelloni

etc.

The new Blu-ray of Jules Dassin's Rififi is beautiful, so I'm hoping that upgrades of Dassin's Brute Force, The Naked City, Thieves' Highway, and Night and the City are on the horizon.

Criterion has hinted at an upgrade of Ace in the Hole this year. Woo hoo!

I'd also like to see Criterion upgrades of The Killers and Pickup on South Street.

Absolutely. Hopefully, all of their noir' will be upgraded sooner than later. I'm personally hoping for some giant Noir box.

Mine not listed here, Kurosawa: Dodes'ka-Den
I think the upgrade to Blu-ray will bring this classic to another level. Criterion did a great job on this one, however the reproduction of the color was limited by the outdated DVD Spec. This film was Kurosawa's first color film and also made him committed to suicide due to the commercial failure.
I really really hope this one will get a new 4K remaster by Criterion.

Commuted to suicide . It was an attempted suicide because he couldn't get funding for another movie (due in part to Dodesukaden), and his future was uncertain.
