New to the Forum - Hi Everyone

Hey Guys,

I've been a lurker on the forum for a few months now after jumping into HDM with a PS3. After my wife and I bought our first house last year and we splurged on a premium home theater, I couldn't get enough HD. It's something we take for granted now but it's amazing that we can actually own HD content on disc at an affordable price.

We currently have a 50" Samsung plasma for the theater (complimented with an Onkyo receiver, Polk towers, and a big Velodyne monster sub) and a couple of 32" Samsung LCDs upstairs.

Anyway, we're up to about 80 Blu-Rays and it's just awesome to be able to own films the way they were intended to be watched and heard.

These latest Amazon BOGOs have been awesome and about half of our collection comes from them. We had a huge UPS stack of boxes on our doorstep this week. I'm loving the extra 10% promotion and hope Amazon can extend it past the end of the year.

I just wanted to introduce myself and I look forward to becoming an active member of the community.
