Amazon weird

I made a order with amazon U.K two weeks ago for Elysium Blu ray and the Burbs Dvd.
I noticed that this order did not turn up after a week which was two days over the dispatch date so I sent a e-mail to amazon U.K telling them the problem.
They offered me a refund or they send the items out again so I said what I do is I wait another day or two.
Another week gone sent e-mail again and asked for a refund, amazon U.K took care of it and also sent me another copy of Elysium on blu ray no charge and said if the old order turns up that I could keep it so good service and I was happy.
Today my old order turns up and on the front of the amazon box it said that it was sent to Australia by mistake lol lol that never happened to me before just like to ask anyone had this strange thing happened to them and I live in the Republic of Ireland.
