Wal-Mart's release day price is $16.96 for the regular release. Hopefully the Target exclusive will be $20 at most.

I think the 3rd Rock from the Sun seasons were the first time I saw talking packaging, but that's kinda cool it's making a comeback.

Is it reasonable to expect that this will have all three cuts of the film? The standard version has two blu's, right?

Reasonable? Yes
It hasn't been confirmed, but I would be shocked if all three weren't included.

Exclusives typically don't take features away from the standard release, they add to them. I really can't think of any U.S. exclusive releases where that's happened. So, it's not the sort of thing that would really even cross my mind as being a possibility. Like jwerk said, I would be completely shocked if Target's exclusive didn't have everything that the standard release has.

The Best Buy exclusive of GI Joe Retaliation took away pretty much all the special features in place of an extended cut.
