Those are pretty cool. Hopefully they'll actually release some of those things, or maybe even a consumer 'dev' kit where they can make their own games, such as that tank game.

that is a killer App for the playstation 3 they would be smart to release that....which i think they may...

How does the PS3 know what gameplay to use? Some of the images were just dropping while the taknks were firing...looks fun though.

It would not be difficult to extend it, for example, to allow you to draw a turret and slap it on. Its more of a question of how much flexibility you guys want

For the game tech demos, the games are coded to expect a certain number of game objects. When the drawings/items are “scanned”, they are assigned to those game objects. For the lunar lander example, the game expects a lander and a landscape. The object higher on the page is automatically assumed to be the lander I think the real beauty of Anton’s work is in how easy it is to scan the drawings/objects.
