Sony STR-DN840 ?

My AV receiver is so old it does not have HDMI inputs but works just fine.
I have been using the digital inputs on The Pioneer and running the HDMI cables directly to the set.

I started looking at replacement AV Revceivers and googled "Best AV Receiver" which took me to CNET, who puts the Sony STR-DN840 at the top of the list.

I searched the forums here but found no reference for it.

Anyone have anything to say about Sony and/or specifically the STR-DN840 ?
