Taiwan Tales of the Night 3D - Taiwan?

There supposedly exists a Taiwanese disc of Tales of the Night aka Les Contes de la nuit, that is in 3D, with English subs - https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Tales...Blu-ray/71820/ Does anyone have this? Torrent sites do, but I'd like to buy it.

I wonder how it looks in 3d as I thought everything looks flat intentionally.

The silhouettes and backgrounds would still have depth separation, which would be very cool for this movie, IMO.

Absolutely, if I can find some place that ships to the US, that has it in stock. Any forum members in or near Taiwan willing to ship to me, that'll work too.

If anyone can translate this pop up message, I might be able to check out at books.com.tw.

And also contact any Taiwanese Ebay sellers - that's what I usually do in this situation.

Strangely enough, I just now completed my transaction, seconds ago, at books.com.tw. Chrome's auto translate is ok, but it does seem to mess up validation in some checkout forms. I actually used a chinese character recognition app, Waygo, to tell me that the pop up was about an incorrectly formatted birthday. Upon checkout you're redirected to an epayment portal, but it's the largest card processor in Taiwan, so I took a chance. Very interesting experience.

I got my DHL shipping notice, so it's on the way. Thanks again Toddly for finding the Chinese name of the disc, which helped me find the listing.

Why yes! The Waygo app got the gist of that to me as well.

So yes, I am one of the few owners of this film in 3D. It's a darn cool flick! The 3D though, which must be a conversion, is far from impressive. The subtitles float far in front of any program material, making them much more distracting than they would be in 2D. Still, it was worth the trip.

Hi I am one of the few owners of this film in 3D, too.

French release, B-look, non English friendly, I only enjoy the package.
