UK version of "That's My Boy" is missing a scene

The Axe body spray scene, one of the funniest scenes in the film.

I definitely remember it being in the film the first time I saw it. In this version it was definitely cut out. Why? I have no idea. I'm really sick of these pointless cuts.

Apparently I'm the first person on the internet to notice this edit too. I wish someone would have found out sooner so I could have gotten the US edition instead.

Did the makers of the stuff complain or something? I'd be surprised if it was missing in the UK only.

I guess that's possible. Australian version also seems to have the same 114min version instead of 116min, as well as a few European countries and South Africa.

Not sure why it would be cut in UK and AUS since it's called Lynx instead of Axe.

Thanks for pointing this out. I have the Italian blu which is the same as the one in the UK and I had no idea that it was actually cut. However, there seems to be a lot more missing than just that brief scene.

I emailed Movie Censorship about this. They ordered both blus and will make a comparison, although they said it could take a while.

Australian version is fully uncut. Axe body spray scene and all. Only uk one is cut down. Confirmed the disc is uncut myself

Oh, good. I'm in Australia so if I see it on sale I may just get it locally instead of the US. Thanks for that.
