So I picked up the US Camelot blu-ray last Black Friday for under twelve bucks and was pleased at a pretty sweet deal for a TV show I'd been meaning to check out.
Today however, I stumble upon this, the Canadian blu-ray which claims to be an "uncut edition", whereas the American one makes no such claims. Crap. After a significant time ploughing through the Internet, I wasn't able to find much info on whether there's a difference or not. The blu-ray.com listing put the Canadian runtime at 515 mins (supported by Phase 4 Films' press release) and the American one at 450, but the cover of my blu-ray lists 515 as well. So is there actually a difference here or did Phase 4 Films just want to add a sales gimmick and both releases are uncut? Does anybody know? ![]() |
