The are Warner Bros., so they are neutral. They do delay HD DVD due to no region coding. Say when a movie is dated to release in the U.S. on BD and HD DVD it may still be playing in theatres overseas. No region coding could kill box office sales in another country.

NLC is neutral. Warner primarily [prolyl alot more complicated than that, so someone else will explain the errors of my statement :P].

They are releasing some titles on Blu earlier than HD-DVD because they can protect the theatrical windows in other regions with Blu, but not HD-DVD.

New Line is owned by Time Warner, but operates independantly from WB

Their new releases are Blu exclusive until after they finish foreign theatrical runs (3-6 month delay) catalog titles will be day and date

I was there when Men in Black was out, it had just opened, but had been on video in the US for 2 months

Titanic was simultaneous though
