I have this thing were I consider one movie as an actresses best she has every looked on screen. Usually it is there first major role as they are new and fresh and of course beautiful. For some it could be further down the road.
Here are a couple to start us off.

Amy Adams - American Hustle
She was never my type and I never thought of her as smoking hot until this film.


Salma Hayek- Desperado
First time I've ever seen her was watching this and she has been hot ever since but I think this is her hottest



Catherine Zeta Jones - The Mask of Zorro
First time seeing her and she was gorgeous, actually lost some of her appeal to me when I found out she was not actually Spanish. Entrapment and Legend of Zorro were others she looked great in but first impression was the best IMO



Denise Richards - Wild Things
She never has to make another good movie again as long as we have Wild Things
