So, is there some implication that Capelight is restoring Phantasm II, or all of them? That seems to be the suggestion in the US Shout Phantasm II thread.

Sorry to disappoint you, but the news about Capelight releasing the PHANTASM series were an april fools day joke done by a German movie info website.
