need some real help guys

i have a serious choice to make in the next week or some and i would like some insight.

i am having a hard time deciding between the sony 60" A3000 lcd & sony xbr4 or xbr5 lcd or the panny 50" or 58" 700u model plasma's. it's a tough choice as i one hand i can save a bunch of $ if i go with the sony A3000 and have $ left to grab a few other items i need for my HT system. i have $3800 to spend. do i go for the best tv i can get for the money and sacrifice the other items or do i get the lower price and complete my HT system?

so confused
