How does the graphics and art direction compare for COD4, Assassins Creed, and Uncharted? Which one of these three games do you think looks the best? Which one really provides that WOW feeling.

i say this thread is a bit premature since very few people can buy uncharted at this point.

You have to be the kind of person that buys products based on box-art if you buy games purely for graphics.

All 3 are good looking, id give Uncharted and Assassin's Creed the nod for gameplay, since I'm not big on FPS. Resistance 2 will destroy everything though! (No word on that game, I'm just saying...

)

COD 4 looks good but I didnt think it looked as Good as Ratchet... just my opinion. But that Sniper level is just awesome! I would give it to Uncharted based on the Screen shots I have seen.

I played the demo to "Uncharted", and it was very stunning visually, I wish they would release a demo for Creed. I don't want to drop $60 and never play the game again.

Maybe it's just me, but I'm more interested in gameplay than the graphics/art direction WOW feeling.

Uncharted FTW
Assassins Creed looks great but the tearing and terrible shadows kill it for me, also some of the textures i've seen on screen shots look like crap.
COD looks pretty impressive but not as good as Killzone or MGS, so yeah.

I wish Assassin's had the shiny look that Ninja Gaiden had. Then again, it takes place during the middle ages, so maybe it was intentional. Assassins is only 720p.

i would have to go down the list like this

1. Uncharted
2. COD4
3. Assassins

I just think the bright green colors look so goood on my 46'' XBR3 with the demo of uncharted. Thats why its #1 from me. PLus its just different.

I have to say after seeing all 3 games in action COD4 looks the best. It's funny because in stills I'd say COD4 doesn't look as good, but in live action it's amazing.

Ratchet and Uncharted are the best visually and both have the best gameplay. These are easily the two best PS3 games and may be for sometime. COD4 looks great.. Assissins looks good but is lacking in many ways graphically - not impressed at all. Well a few aspects of AC graphics are impressive.. but overall not.
