australia parcel locker,shipments from amazon,zavvi,ebay etc

Has anyone used parcel locker for getting shipments from say uk,usa all over really and from the likes of say amazon,ebay,zavvi etc.

Who do amazon use to deliver from say france,germany,uk,japan and usa etc?

Im maybe not going to be at home in the coming two weeks and wondering what my best options,im hoping that post office dont leave package at door as anyone could take it.
Im hoping that they leave a notice if post office or courier,anyone know how long your given to pick up a parcel from post office or courier?

Am i right in saying that if say some sites used a courier then to deliver items then they will not deliver to the parcel locker,its been a while since i signed up for the parcel locker service but never used it so no idea if its just australia post only.

what do you guys do when getting shipments from overseas?
