Warner has officially announced plans to bring the 2011 Garry Marshall directed romantic comedy “New Year’s Eve” featuring an all-star cast to Blu-ray Disc on May 1st. Tech specs for the release include full 1080p Hi-Def video and DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound. The release will come in the form of a “combo pack” with a DVD and UltraViolet streaming digital copy included. The title is not yet available for pre-order over at Amazon but stay tuned. Bonus materials are briefly detailed in the trade ad (pictured above) and are said to have “hours of special features including audio commentary with Garry Marshall, all-new cast interviews, gag reel and more.” Below after the break you’ll find the trailer for the film.

Warner's Blu-ray/DVD/UltraViolet combo pack presents the film in its 1.85:1 original aspect ratio with a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track. The package also contains a number of bonus supplements, such as:
