updating my tv?

I am not all that knowledgable ..yet when it comes to the HD world and I just bought a 32" samsung LN-T3253H and I am pretty sure that I heard of installing firmware updates for it? is this true and how do I do it exactly?

I have the 4053 and I had to install a firmware update. You should only need it if your sound cuts out through the HDMI connection.

After having my sound cut out when watching DVDs on my upscaling Sony, I called up Samsung. I told them the sound was cutting out and that I thought I needed a firmware update. They transferred me to 'Level 2' support. I then gave my email address to someone and he sent me the firmware update.

I loaded the update onto a flash drive (as instructed) and simply inserted it into the USB slot on the side of the TV. They give you instructions on what to do from there. It's really easy, and the sound doesn't cut out anymore.
