Could've been interesting as a full motion picture of Lego Lord of the Rings 3D if it could combine all 3 movies into 1 film in 2 hours, using the Lego format and humor.

It looks nicely done for that commercial. Lego is very expensive these days. I bet that set costs $349.99. Or more. The Rivendell Lego set is about $499.
