Almost certainly. Wouldn't surprise me though if they waited for the Limited set to sell out completely first though and I expect the time it takes to sell out will figure in their decision on a standard release.
Worst thing is including the third season which was an afterthought made about 6 years later but it is nice to finally see after so many years of denying UK fans releases of their luxurious special edition boxsets that they're acknowledging the adult collector.
This along with hints of other Bluray releases in the US shows theres been a change at Warner management so maybe that Tom and Jerry 2 Bluray set might come back onto the schedule

I wouldn't get too carried away. Scooby Doo has massive appeal but unless they go back into the archives and remaster the Looney Tunes I won't believe there's been a change of heart just yet. This is recouping the net worth of the HB stock that they outright bought. Very much a commercial decision I reckon.

If they want to surprise us and genuinely appeal to the collector then they might do T&J Vol 2 with the inclusions but I think that's a long way off. I'd love to be proved wrong but hey.

Erm no because its not being released until the 30th September

WB Shop UK have forgotten to update release date on their website
They still have release listed as September 2 while all other retailers have September 30th

WB Shop has happened before with some release they not updated release date or updated artwork on some occasions

Most of which were unrestored on the latter volumes. They stopped doing it because of low sales and high level of criticism from potential buyers.

The latter is the reason why Tom and Jerry Golden Collection Volume Two was shelved.

Yeah I emailed them yesterday asking why they’d taken money for the set over a week ago but didn’t let me know that it had been delayed by four weeks. They replied today with an apology and a 10% discount off my next order
