I believe the uncut version of EX2 is essentially the same as the US theatrical release. Uncut on many releases in Germany just means that it hasn't been altered from the theatrical release. (Videogames are a common example in Germany, which are quite often marketed as 100% uncut.) Another example is Sabotage, which is labeled as a "Limited Uncut Edition", but is identical to the US cut.
