Tower of Evil aka Beyond the Fog

Does anyone know who owns the rights to Tower of Evil

I was wondering if it would be possible for a release with the Beyond the Fog title screen??



I had always heard that Tower of Evil was re-released as Beyond the Fog to try and capitalize on John Carpenter's The Fog (1980) however the above AD makes it look like it was under that title in the 70's
