Nice not i film id say was in need of a docu. But i will buy it,Maximum Overdrive or Silver Bullit are king films id like docs on. But what they really should do, is do one on the making of The Hitcher.

2 flicks right there that are long overdue on BD, both at the top of my wish list.

Nope. Not after the unprofessional way they handled the video conversion issue with the FRIGHT NIGHT documentary after myself and others alerted them to it. Never again.

Maybe they've learned their lesson by now, maybe...

Damn, the executive producer perk didn't last long

Edit: I meant associate producer. And after my comment 50 more have been added, as malcy30 commented below.

They have put another 50 Associate Producer credits on sale at same price £250, but 3 of those have gone in addition to original 10.

I presume you meant this as the Executive Producer credit is £2,500 and only 1 of 4 is sold.

Added the Indiegogo link (and total so far) to the OP.

Should have done this when it went live but too many other things happened, sorry for that!

Now I'm just waiting for May next year

Seems a bit pricey for the BD considering how much the other docs sell for.

Yeah, I get it is an Indiegogo perk and a 'bargain' isn't really the point of it. But it is 12 - 14 quid more for an O ring and some postcards.

Am I missing something here?

I don't really assess it that way.

To me, I'm happy paying £15 for a two-hour movie. This is a four-hour doc, from a movie/mini-series I love. With the people involved it looks to be more on the comprehensive side than not. Just hope they manage to get Richard Thomas and Veronica Hamel involved.

Pricey indeed, but if it's as good as the FN doc then I'll be more than happy.

Fair enough. I'm just a little on the fence about contributing or waiting and getting it from their site once it is released. I mean, it'll have the same runtime.

Wouldn't blame you either way.

The other point for me is that this kind of thing is fire and forget. It's ordered, I can now just wait for it to arrive. Otherwise, I'd likely forget all about it between now and next year!

I don't think I can afford to do this AND the Beyond Terror book one which goes live this afternoon. I'll have to think about which one to go for.

Looking forward to this - one of my favourite King adaptations. Glad that we've hit the target with plenty of time to spare
