Default I <3 Blu Ray

How's it going folks.

I've been debating purchasing a Blu-Ray player for some time now, and finally with all the Black Friday sales decided to pick one up.

I have a BDP-S300 (that I picked up for $350) running on a 37in Olevia 1080i.

So far, my collection consists of Spider Man 3, The Last Samurai, Crank, and 300. I have 5 more on their way from BluRaySavings.com.

I know most of you have 1080p TVs... but I must say.. it still looks amazing with the "i"!

You got 4 of the top Blu Rays available as far as picture quality goes... good choices.

The 1080i tv will look amazing, don't worry about it, nice purchase congrats.

I know what you mean I still have a Panasonic Tau 30" widescreen 1080i HDTV and I have a bunch of movies already... but I did watch after work last night "Underwold Evolution" and my wife finally says... oo now I can see the difference!! (referring to DVD vs Blu-Ray)

haha enjoy!

My t.v. is also a 1080i display, so you are not alone. Spidey does look great on my set.

heh yea I ripped the leather sets in my old camry moving it into our current house we rent. My friend was pulling I was lifting and it got caught damn heavy things.

I am hoping to upgrade to the Sony 40" LCD XBR4 March 08 which is all that'll fit in my entertainment center which is plenty big for me.
