Default The Legend of Korra: Book Two Spirits

I just went on my amazon orders page to see if there was a price drop for both this and the complete series for The Spectacular Spider-Man and to see if they had announced the date for this when I saw that the release date is July 1.
http://www.amazon.com/Legend-Korra-B...egend+of+Korra
Update: As of right now, July 1 is no longer the release date.
Update 2: July 1 is indeed the release date.
Update 3: The new date is August 5.
Update 4: August 5 is actually the release date in Canada. July 1 is the release date for the U.S. http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Leg...-Spirits/19818

Really uneven season, but that two parter about Avatar Wan is worth the price.

I agree, the first season was amazing, but the 2nd season felt disjointed and never really gelled. Almost as if it was rushed and they wern't expecting it to get picked up for a second season

The Spirit World was a little top streamlined and cutesy for me, but it was still an enjoyable season. You're definitely right about that arc too!

Surprised they started taking pre-orders when the season just began. I know amazon does this with movies, but this is the first time I've seen them do it for a tv show. I guess the first release must've sold really well. Also, as of right now, July 1 is no longer the release date on amazon. Wonder why? I remember they did the same thing with the first release. It was originally announced for May but then they removed that date and later announced it for July.

Wal-Mart has the date listed as June 30, which is a Monday, so July 1 might be legit.

Yeah, but that page also says,"The official street date/delivery date is still to be determined by the participating studio."

SWEET! Loved Book 1. I haven't seen Book 2 yet. Hopefully I enjoy it. TV series can be a bit uneven sometimes, but I know it's the same writer's for every episode with this show. Hopefully it's not that far from the amazing quality of it's debut season.

I don't know if you're being sarcastic but that's exactly what happened.

I hope it comes with a slipcover, otherwise my Book 1 set isn't going to match.

In the event of that happening, just remove the slip from the first, and voila! a matching set

I personally think that Season two was better than the last season, but there could be a reason as to why some people think this season was "disjointed." Nick told them that they were getting two seasons, and after realizing that this show was a hit they expanded it to four. I don't know what they planned for the second season, it could have been this season but they spread some plot out to other seasons, or this could have been a last minute season 2 idea and they quickly threw it together besides certain elements. I thought it was executed well personally though, I can't wait to see season 3 but it might be a while before we see it because it's still in production.

Yeah she does looks GREAT!

The bonus features also seem a lot more substantial than last season's, which had a decent selection, mostly thanks to the commentaries.

This season had its ups and down, but by the end (when Studio Mir came back) i was in love all over again! I can't wait for Season 3!!!

Does anyone know why there's a $15 preorder and a $35 preorder?

I'm presuming the $15 is supposed to be DVD, but it's labelled Blu-Ray.

Amazon will honour it won't they? $15 for season two? Hell yeah.
