Oooh, nice! Already watched this on Paramount+ and liked it more than I thought I would, so definitely want to get it on BD.

I never got around to seeing the first, so I'll definitely have to get to that. This prequel got pretty good reviews. I really like the cover art here too. It would have made for a nice Steelbook too.

Would prefer the pink artwork + they missed the opportunity for a lenticular cover. lol

Went to go watch on HBO-Max last night. FAIL!
I figured since the first was a WB movie I'd be set, but damn studio changes to a stream I don't get....
Will probably blind buy the BD, the first film was great and have heard mostly, if not all, good things on this one.

Where did you hear it was a WB movie? I thought it was Paramount.

The first movie was distributed by WB, so they assumed that OFK would be as well.

Just watched this and it's an absolute blast. You can tell the cast had a great time making this.

Julia Stiles was terrific (as usual).

Hopefully the slip has hidden drawings than can only be seen under black light.

Totally agree! She was delightful and probably the biggest reason I enjoyed this film.

No amount of age-defying makeup and CGI was able to make Isabelle Fuhrman look like a child again. XD

Agreed, she still had a woman’s face. Which is fine because she was technically supposed to be a woman and not a child anyway, the problem is that this movie was supposed to be before the first movie when she actually did look like a child (because she was).

If there was going to be an Orphan prequel, it should have been released 2-3 years after the first.

Watched the first film again and followed up with a rental of this one.
So glad I rented it. Would never watch this one again.

The charm and excellent interplay between characters that existed in the first movie never materialized here. It was nice to see Fuhrman again, but her performance was light years better in the first one.
The change of Director was very detrimental to the finished product here.

I saw this one in the theatres, the video quality was s—t, might have just been my theatre but it looked like a DVD upscale.
But also I didn’t love this, i remember liking the first when it came out.
