Lassie Blu ray Release??

Okay so I've been waiting for this movie to be released on to Blu ray for forever now. I saw months ago on blu ray.com that it is going to be released on January 1st 2013. However, there is no cover image and it is not available to order anywhere. I've waited several weeks. It's now almost February and there is still no cover image and it is not available to order. Does anyone know what the deal is with this? Its extremely annoying and frusturating

I had my Best Buy order canceled and all other websites that sell blus say it is out of stock or discontinued.

I'm guessing you're talking about the Lassie movie from 1994. It's a Paramount film, that Warner Bros now have the rights to (part of a deal that included ~600 films). They reissued the DVD, but haven't announced a blu-ray release.

Its not being bumped to make it come out faster its being bumped to see if people have heard anything new. Use some common sense before writing stupid comments

It has probably been about 10 years or more since I last saw this movie. I thought that it was good at the time when I was a kid, but I don't know of what I would think of it now. Perhaps sometime whenever I got to the Library I will have to rent it on DVD, that way if it ever is released on blu-ray, whenever that maybe that I know how I feel about the film.

yes you can download a trial version of 2 video converters aps. Firwst one is
iskysoft video converter

and the 2nd one is from a company called brorsoft

I have tested these 2 aps and they work great so u can just buy the normal
dvd version in the stores of the movie u want to see on bluray and then
put ur dvd in ur drive of ur computer and then it will rip it.
U just take the files it has ripped and make a bluray 1080p 5.1 or 6.1 soround sound digital audio copy ending up with the filetype like

m2ts or a high res mkv
Its a great way to get to see bluray version of those movies they have not released yet on bluray yes.
