Default Vintage Home Cinema.

This is my HT, which is built around amplifiers and speakers from old cinemas.
It is not 100% finished, but as they say: Rome was not built in a day.
As you can see the screen (2.76:1) is not complete, and the wall needs to be painted.
The three front loudspeaker consists of a 12" in a Onken cabinet, a Bofa cell horn and a horn tweeter.
Crossover is also from Bofa (450Hz/3500Hz).

Amplification is done by tube-amps., also from Bofa. Since I have many movies with monaural sound, so of course I use mono amplifier for that type of movies. I have three mono amplifiers from cinemas, one is from 1935, the other is from 1944 and the third from 1952:

When the film requires surround, I use the rack with two 60W amps. for front L+R, and 120W for center and tree 15W amps. for the rears. These amplifiers is also from cinemas, made in the period from 1955 to 1963.

The contraption on top is ventilation, necessary because of a very hot summer . The fans eventually vill be built into the bottom of the rack.

60W amp.

120W amp.

15W amp.
Bofa was a sister company to B&o from Denmark.
Other equipment consists of Yamaha RX A1030, Philips Blu-ray, Toshiba HD-DVD, Netgear and Epson TW700.
