Anyone want to analyze Spirited Away as a community? - Blu-ray Forum

I feel like I've worked my way through Princess Mononoke and its themes. The movie/film/anime prior to this one. I feel this movie shares most of those themes too, and some different ones, but I haven't analyzed it super closely yet. I watched the middle part for 30 or so minutes last night, and want to learn more with everyone else, and appreciate it more with you guys and gals.

Anyone want to dive into it, and get deep in it with me?

Then post something interesting in this thread, add a picture/clip/etc if that helps or just explain your opinion, and what aspects of this movie and what they mean to you iyho.

If people aren't into this I'll let it die and do it on my own, but I think after reading many ideas on this movie, most have missed out on many details and/or have things wrong in their ideas on this movie. I challenge you to post your opinions! NOT THE INTERNETS OPINIONS! Let's have fun here! Start with anything in the movie you want to discuss! No limits!
