The Warner Archive Blu-Ray/DVD Site has Vanished - Blu-ray Forum

I messaged Warner Archive on Facebook about this, and have yet to receive a response. The Warner Archive site for physical media has vanished from the internet. I was seeking to make a purchase from them, and quickly became frustrated when the only site I could find is a new digital download site.

Anybody heard anything more about this? Looked around and could not find a press announcement, concerning a change in their prioritizing digital media, exclusively.

Thanks for any helpful input.

WBShop shut down. They have a page on Amazon now.

Interestingly, I got an e-mail about all the new Warner Archive titles today from Warner Brothers.

Thanks for the info. I was looking for a few titles that are now on BACKORDER everywhere across the net. eBay, here I come.

Glad I bought those titles I wanted on the last 4 for 44 sale.

Hoping Damn Yankees gets to $17.99. I paid that for Holiday Affair for Christmas.

There's not a message to say what happened, if you go to that site?

It looks like if you try to go to wbshop.com it now takes you to warnerbros.com

This has all been covered in full on the Warner Archive thread.

They closed. There's no "story," nothing "happened." Downsizing killed the shop, but not Warner Archive.

All that - I know. But I never cared a lot because they didn't ship to Europe, I was simply wondering if a site for such a big company would not even have a basic message to tell people this or where to shop now, as rasied by the OP.
