Hi guys
I apologize if this is a really silly question or if it's in the wrong forum (mods move this thread if need be) but here goes... I have a 39" Samsung 1080p HDTV and I'm looking to buy a multi-region Blu-Ray and DVD player. Now since I know I can view DVD's and Blu-Rays in NTSC format (as everything I own so far is region 1 from here in North Anerica), what about if I buy DVD's or Blu-Rays from other regions that are in PAL format??? Will I be ok to watch PAL stuff here in Canada on my Samsung TV as long as I have a region free Bluray/DVD player?? Or would the TV not play the images or not work in general with PAL things???? |
