I managed to find one of these SteelBooks empty at the EB Games in Richmond Centre; Richmond, BC. There were two in pretty good condition; so there is still one left if you're reading this on or around the date of this post.

I simply brought in my empty Amaray case and the manager let me exchange it for the empty SteelBook; cost me nothing but the trip to the store.
