Yes and before the jokes begin, NOT that 'Happy Ending' okay
![]() I'm talking about a movie where the "bad guys" or "evil" win or even where the main characters we're meant to root for bite the dust. I feel like a solid example of this is End of Watch, and we also have The Godfather Part III where Michael pretty much loses everything he tried to protect by the end of that movie. Alpha Dog is kind of another movie that resonated with me for what happens in it too. Honestly, there's so few movies where this happens and the status quo stays that way. I didn't include Infinity War because i felt it's part of a wider cinematic universe that is evolving and that the events can and probably will be undone in Endgame but will understand if people do include it. |
