Default Would B&Ms match this price?

Would anybody know if there are B&M (Brick & Mortar) retail locations that would match this price??? http://www.butterflyphoto.com/shop/p...ap=STRDA5300ES

Price match no. I am sure you can haggle down to this price with ABT or Magnolia. My friend bought the 1080p 60" Pionneer Elite Purevision, which retails at $7,000-$7,500, for $5,100 from ABT.

Can I ask what ABT stands for? And, would there be one in Montana along the I-90 or I-94? (Not sure which highway I'll be on going through Montana).

ABT electronics is a high-end electronics store similar to Best Buy's Magnolia, but it is much much bigger. I think they are only in Illinois and there may even be just one. Still, Magnolia does negotiate their prices and you could haggle down some. After you haggled down the price, take the guys business card, have him write the model number and price. Then take that and show another retailer (that negotiates prices, many do but not all), the retailer will try to top that price for you. Get a qoute on a new price and take it back to magnolia and say "look here is what ........ is going to sell it for." They will agian try to top that price.

You can only do this to a point, they wont sell it to you if they are loosing money on the product. This is how my friend buys everything and this is how I am workin on my sound system. I got ABT to take the Onkyo 905 down to $900 so far, I am still workin on gettin that a little lower.

Yikes... Illinois is too far off my travel path. And since my final destination, and therefore permanent mailing address, is in Canada, I don't think that ABT will be a viable option. And having something electronic of this nature shipped across the border will end up costing me more in duties than just buying it at regular price in Canada. Thanx for the attempt though.
