Adding movies not found in the data base??

There used to be a function where you could submit a blu-ray to be added to the database if it wasn't already in. I used this quite a bit in the past as I have some relatively obscure titles and not all of them are in the database.

However, the function seems to be no more? I clicked the link in my collection to import but it the option to add manually is no longer there???

So, what is the process to get a movie listed that isn't currently??????
