Not yet, kinda relieved I'm not the only one waiting. Have checked the status of mine today & both are showing 'sent to warehouse' so hopeful will be dispatched today. Strange thing is though that my card was charged for JJ last week but only charged today for AC - I thought they charged when dispatching but guess that's something I need to take up with them.

No, I had a look on Zoom and Jessica Jones isn't listed anymore but my order is still open, also had a look on Amazon and it's out of stock there.

Is this region locked? I have the UK version of Daredevil, which is not region locked but Amazon is saying this is Region B/2.

I've contacted Zoom customer service & they have advised they have had delivery issues from their supplier. That's all well & good but don't explain why my card was charged on 29/11 for it, surely should be charged immediately prior to dispatch.

What was the issues surrounding the Daredevil release with Zoom, was that also supplier issues?

Yep, took about 7-10 days after release before they had stock.

Zoom said they dispatched my copy of the The Roddenberry Vault last Tuesday but it didn't arrive until yesterday and I don't believe for a second it took 8 days to arrive, seems to me they process orders early to make sure the payment clears then pass along the order to be fulfilled were it will sit until close to release.

It's in stock now. I ordered it while it was "temporarily out of stock" and they shipped it before they shipped my Agent Carter order, which was in stock.

Surprised to see Jessica Jones and Agent Carter for sell in my local Tesco, both had slips and were £24 for JJ and £20 for AC.

"Good Afternoon
I have looked at your order and it was not despatched due to a stock issue. Due to this your order had been cancelled on the system would you like a replacement order or a refund?"

zoom really now how p#ss off people
this is now the 4th pre-order in row they have f#%7ed up

My Zoom pre-order arrived last Thursday, 10 days late. Daredevil was also very late. I'd say maybe they've got Disney stock issues, but my Star Wars items got here before release so I've no idea what Zoom's issues are.

On the plus side, Jessica came with the slip.

They are very hit & miss.

I emailed them last month to cancel an item I had on pre-order & they cancelled the said item & another item on a separate active order for no reason, only noticed when I logged into my account.

Saying that, I can't complain too much as I got The Shallows Steelbook for £13 earlier this month using discount codes.
