APP not pulling BEST BUY data

Why is the "best buy" price changes not being found by the app? Recently the thing said no new pricing for two days!

Paranorman 3D is $11.99 on Best buy and not showing up.. just the $14.99 Amazon pricing. Seems like a huge glitch with best buy stuff now that there are two tabs instead of all together. Do we need two tabs?

Is there a discussion somewhere about this I missed?

Thanks for letting us know, I forced a manual refresh of Paranorman 3D and it updated right away, not sure why it didn't update automatically as we run updates continuously (there might be some glitch with the Best Buy price update code).

How long ago did the price drop on Paranorman 3D? Was it just now or a few days ago?

Do you have any other examples of titles that are on sale at Best Buy that haven't been found and updated in our system?

I think its not pulling best buy at all... there are only 6 movies with price moves since OCT 3rd?

Hit BEST BUY tab. Then click blu-ray. Then click recent.... almost the whole page is old.. its been this way about a week I think.

Nitro Circus 3D (great movie) is listed on amazon at $6.99

There is an unrated version for $7.49 that should be listed but is not.

These deals are all "Fulfilled by Amazon" (third party seller listings) and are handled a bit differently than normal Amazon.com deals. Until recently we didn't include them at all, but we've begun experimenting with them a bit now.

The regular Nitro Circus Blu-ray now shows up under lowest prices after a minor fix.

The Best Buy exclusive Nitro Circus Blu-ray won't show up until we make some further changes to the handling of FBA deals.

The Frozen 3D Blu-ray is a region-free import title and we currently don't keep track of these Amazon listings, only the original releases:

Thanks for the info. The Frozen import is finally becoming a good deal. I will have to auto watch that one... I saw some FBA tags last week on the deals what does that stand for?
