OK - so I moved about a week ago but ended up purchasing an Samsung UN39FH5000 LED about a 5 weeks back at a Best Buy for a pretty decent price.
It sat in the box until about 2 days ago. Picture looks great but I noticed a white cloud when changing Sources last night. Basically, I can only see the white cloud in the middle of the screen when the picture is pitch black. Unfortunately, I'm way past the 15 day return policy (lol Best Buy) but they said I could send it back to Samsung for repair which would take about 2-3 weeks. I think it's a hassle as the picture looks perfect when watching TV/Movies but will the White cloud affect the picture quality long term? Meaning - should I try to send it back for a new unit or just keep it? Thanks everyone! |
