Is it just me who noticed this? I know that on here there is only one aspect ratio listed (2.39:1) but that's because the change I saw was such a small one (it was likely to be about 10/20 centimetres) that it wouldn't have been classed as a different aspect ratio altogether. Also, it was a gradual change, where the aspect ratios slid into one another across a set of shots e.g. Catching Fire, rather than a sudden one that occurs between different shots like in the Dark Knight Rises.
(It looked like this but the change in Fury was a lot smaller): ![]() It took place around the part when [Show spoiler] .I saw it at a regular 2D screening in the UK if that helps. P.S. Does anyone have any info on what cameras Ayer used in the film? (could have something to do with it as the ratio changed [Show spoiler] )
