Last night, my sister went to watch a DVD and the disc snapped when she tried getting it off the stub. I contacted the distributor today to ask for a replacement disc and they said "No, we don't do that. You have to replace the whole season." She went to a store and bought another copy and the counter attendant thought it was strange and not right as the company are taking her money. Should someone have to buy a TV season all over again just to replace 1 disc?
